#02 Traveler Camps & the Power of Language in Policy with Sue Van Raes

In this episode I am interviewed by Sue Van Raes of Boulder Nutrition on my experience volunteering in the traveler camps for our Afghan partners who were airlifted Afghanistan during operation Allies Refuge. In this podcast I talk about the importance of language in policy development, the struggle to find the right words when talking about the importance of culture, and chat about the conditions of traveler camps and the needs of our incoming partners with Sue.
